About the Job:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within a hospital setting
- Have completed the Care Certificate
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Are able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have good organisational skills and can prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Ideally have phlebotomy experience or are willing to undertake training
