About the Job:
- The successful Candidate will be responsible for the assessment planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care as well as work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care.
- The post holder is responsible as a registered, accountable, and autonomous nurse to always act in the best interest of patients and to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
- You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising safe and compassionate care.
- The post holder will support staff in the development of clinical procedures, protocols, and practice to ensure the effective delivery of service to patients within the trust.
