About the Job:
As the Sexual Health Department Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting registered and non-registered staff to deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care for patients accessing sexual health services, including those requiring support with sexually transmitted infections, HIV care, contraception and other sexual health needs.
You will oversee patient care standards, staffing, budgets, quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, education and service development, while working closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experience and outcomes. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills, sound clinical judgement, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to motivate and empower others. The ideal candidate will be approachable, resilient, patient-focused and passionate about fostering a culture of learning, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
