About the Job:
- Deliver targeted support to children, young people, and their families, where there is an identified health need, such as the coordination of health care plans
- Undertake training of school staff in the administration of emergency treatment and care (e.g. Severe Allergic Reaction, Asthma and Epilepsy) and provides updates asrequired.
- Assistin the delivery of nurse led clinics, i.e. enuresis and referral clinics
- Provide targeted health interventions to children and young people with identified health needs.
- Work independently within educational settings, in the planning, implementation and evaluation of health promotion activities.
