- We offer individualized, tailored care that contributes to the patient’s safety and delivery of the fundamentals of care.
- The role of the Enhanced Care Team is to engage and support patients referred to our service with therapeutic interventions to improve their care and recovery in the hospital.
- Training in enhanced care, dementia, learning disabilities, delirium, conflict resolution, mental health, and substance misuse is available for those involved in providing the service.
