About the Job:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing support, leadership, recognition and supervision to junior members of staff
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised clinical care for service users
- Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality care
- Ensuring that the team provide all care in line with the care plan.
- Helping to organise the admission and discharge of service users
- Shift pattern is 7 nights over a 2 week period working 4 one week and 3 the next (alternate weekends).
