About the Job:
- Provide routine HCA treatments, within competence, to all patients to agreed practice policies, protocols and guidelines.
- Provide ECG screenings to practice patients within agreed protocols with referral to general practitioners as necessaryAdvise patients on general health care and minor ailments with referral to general practitioners as necessary.
- To carry out Health Checks to agreed guidelines using practice templates
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and stock levels relating to patient care.
- Maintain stocks of health information leaflets as appropriate.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and Infection Control measures are met and report any problems to the Nurse Manager.
