About the Job:
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
- Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care.
- Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained.
- You will be working with patients with long-term conditions such as Diabetes etc. So must have experience in Phlebotomy.
- Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care.
- Complete administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering.
Ideal Candidate:
What we look for in new colleagues:
- Experience in a primary care setting and phlebotomy.
- Able to work within processes and procedures and maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and be personable, polite, and patient with our patients.
- Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to use their own judgment and be aware of the professional boundaries they are working to.
