About the Job:
As one of our endoscopy healthcare assistants, you will be working alongside the team, supporting in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- You’ll be responsible for all the departmental cleaning and assist with stock management and equipment checking before and after each clinic.
- Being an endoscopy healthcare assistant will see you lead the outpatient clinics alongside the consultant.
- You’ll support the team in admissions and recovery and will be an asset to the department and a patient advocate at their most vulnerable time.
- You’ll assist in preparing clinical areas for clinical activities to ensure the smooth running of the endoscopy unit.
- You will be expected to keep up-to-date good practices, maintain core competencies, and continue to develop skills appropriate to the endoscopy practice.
- Adhere to good record keeping in line with Practice Plus Group policies and procedures.
