Undertake delegated clinical duties, including:

- Phlebotomy.
- Diabetes Reviews
- Mental Health Checks.
- NHS Health Checks.
- ECG recording
- Blood pressure monitoring.
- Cardio, renal, and metabolic reviews as part of our single offer contract
- Other health review
- Height, weight, and BMI measurements.
- Ensure clinical rooms remain fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards at all times.
- Accurately document consultations and clinical activity within SystmOne.
- Escalate any abnormal findings or safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Deliver patient-centered care in line with policies, local protocols and NHS standards
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with information governance policies.
- Contribute to service improvement and support the wider multidisciplinary team.
