About the Job:
- To provide patients with evidence- and research-based care, support junior staff, to look after patients in a safe and clean environment, to manage safeguarding of vulnerable adults, to give kind and compassionate care to patients.
- Medication rounds, wound management, precise and clear documentation, ensuring care plans are clear and up to date, looking after patients’ nutritional needs, and ensuring we encourage independence.
- Mentoring junior staff and students.
