Application procedure
Obtain a valid Certificate of Sponsorship from your sponsor in the UK

Attend a biometric enrolment appointment to have your fingerprints and photograph taken.
Wait for a decision on your visa application. Processing times vary, but it usually takes up to 8 weeks to receive a decision.
