About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Arun Neighborhood Mental Health Team (Bognor site). We are seeking to recruit a Registered Nursing Associate to join our team to support our Clozapine and Depot Clinics, as well as offering physical health checks to patients with a serious mental illness for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
We ensure every patient has an individual care plan and receives regular support, including medical reviews and physical health monitoring. You will have an opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with our Nurses, Psychiatrists, Community Pharmacist Community. We need someone who can work independently with appropriate supervision and is interested in working in a community setting with patients with complex mental health needs.
The ability to travel across sites and to undertake community visits will be essential to this role.
