About the Job: Registered Nurse needed in the UK
Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a specified group of patients. Takes charge of the ward as delegated by the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse for a specified period.
Acts as a Team Leader, delegating appropriate tasks and supervising the standard of care delivered by more junior qualified staff, unqualified staff, and learner nurses in the ward team. Assists the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse in the management of preceptorship of newly qualified staff, return to nursing staff, and the mentorship of nursing students and health care support workers.
