About the Job: Registered Nurse needed in the UK
To encourage effective multi-disciplinary communication networks, for self and team, with clients/patients, carers, and other health workers and agencies involved in client/patient care. To promote awareness of the role of the nursing team in all aspects of patient care, negotiating priorities where appropriate.
To participate in and maintain robust professional communications within my own and other professional teams. To adapt communication to take account of other cultures, backgrounds, and preferred ways of communicating, using language lines or interpreters as necessary.
To provide complex information to clients/patients, clinicians, and other agencies to assist in decision-making, using empathic, motivational, persuasive, negotiating, and reassurance skills.
