About the Job:
- Working under the direction of the registered manager and deputies, the successful candidate will oversee the effective delivery of the service daily, liaise with families and other agencies, and represent the best interests of the residents within the nursing and residential units.
- As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalised, high-quality and safe nursing care whilst being involved in helping to shape services and future developments.
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be supported in your development, and further learning opportunities are available.
- You will be flexible to meet the needs of the service and be able to meet the requirements of the shift pattern, which includes a combination of long days, earlies, lates and rotation onto night shift.
The roster covers 7 days of the week, 24 hours per day. Full-time, part-time and flexible working is available
