About the Job:
As a registered nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining excellent clinical standards at all times
- Assess, plan and implement care across a varied caseload
- Support patients’ health, wellbeing and recovery throughout their journey
- Ensure a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues and students where appropriate
- Depute senior staff when required
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities
- Promote equality, diversity, and patient dignity in all aspects of care
- Adhere to infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Work in line with the NMC Code and Spire Healthcare policies at all times
Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated registered nurse who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care. You will have:
- Current NMC registration
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- The ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively
- A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of care
- Understanding of clinical governance and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
