About the Job:
- To provide child-centred, evidence-based care on Woodlands Ward, SCBU, Pediatric Outpatients, and elsewhere in the Trust as appropriate.
- To implement and evaluate family centred care and to be responsible for the delivery of care.
- To take delegated responsibility for patients, working as part of a team, ensuring the smooth operational running of the unit.
- Mentoring pre-registration students.
- Act as Nurse in Charge of the shift as required
