About the Job:
As a registered nurse on our ward you will:
- Plan assess implement and evaluate individualised care in a timely manner ensuring high standards across all aspects of patient care and interventions are met.
- Deliver care that respects privacy dignity and individual religious and cultural beliefs Maintain and develop your knowledge, skills and clinical competence in line with NMC Code of professional conduct
- Ensure high standards of documentation, record keeping and reporting Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to quality improvements on the ward and ongoing development of the service.
- Contribute to our learning environment, including teaching training and mentoring students and newly qualified staff.
- Promote and maintain a safe clinical environment adhering to infection prevention and health and safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with all staff and multidisciplinary team including patients, relatives and colleagues support the management of ward resources and stock levels.
