About the Job:
As a registered nurse on our ward, you will:
- Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care in a timely manner, ensuring high standards across all aspects of patient care and interventions are met.
- Deliver care that respects privacy, dignity, and individual religious and cultural beliefs Maintain and develop your knowledge, skills, and clinical competence in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Ensure high standards of documentation, record keeping, and reporting Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to quality improvements on the ward and ongoing development of the service.
- Contribute to our learning environment, including teaching training and mentoring students and newly qualified staff.
- Promote and maintain a safe clinical environment adhering to infection prevention and health and safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with all staff and multidisciplinary teams, including patients, relatives, and colleagues, supports the management of ward resources and stock levels.
