About the Job:
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, recovery-focused, and person-centered care that minimizes the impact of health conditions and promotes overall well-being. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will plan and coordinate patient care, assess complex needs, manage clinical risk, and administer medications safely.
The successful applicant will demonstrate confidence, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a compassionate approach when encouraging skill development and independence.
Leadership & delegation skills, alongside the ability to use initiative, are also essential aspects of the role. You will need to be able to build therapeutic relationships with people diagnosed with a learning disability and/or mental health condition. This is a challenging but rewarding role in a well-established team.
