Main duties of the job:
In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring each patient receives personalized, high-quality care across their clinical journey. You’ll use your expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, while supporting the development of evidence-based practice. You will also have opportunities to grow professionally, take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and collaborative ward environment.
This position includes shift-based work (days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays) and is ideal for an experienced, proactive nurse with a strong background in orthopaedics or surgical care, looking to step into or continue in a leadership role.
