Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing support, leadership, recognition, and supervision to junior members of staff
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized clinical care for service users
- Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality care
- Ensuring that the team provides all care in line with the care plan.
- Helping to organize the admission and discharge of service users
