About the Job:
What you’ll do:
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients
- Provide safe, compassionate care and respond to changing patient needs
- Support and guide junior staff, learners, and students in daily practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical governance processes
- Help coordinate shifts and contribute to the smooth running of the service when senior staff are unavailable
What we’re looking for:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Nurse qualification
- Recent experience working in a nursing role
- Good communication and leadership skills
- An understanding of multidisciplinary team working and evidence-based practice
- A flexible approach and willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
