About the Job:
- Full support will be given for you to achieve your developmental needs, including a supernumerary period.
- You will receive a critical care developmental pack to work through—a transferable document of competence to display evidence & training undertaken.
- ICU experience is preferable but not essential; experienced or newly qualified Band 5 nurses can apply.
- Full support for preceptorship will be given. This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed. The department is committed to appraisal and to supporting continuous education and professional development.
- You will be required to participate in providing 24-hour cover.
- You are expected to care for level 2 and 3 patients.
