About the Job:
The successful applicant will have ample opportunity to develop their skills in all aspects of dementia care. Training and support are available around delivering great dementia care. Having the ability to be a good communicator is an essential skill to have in this role. The applicant should have skills around observation of people, simple wound care, and be organised. They will be expected to hold a caseload and work to supervise other staff to support the Community Dementia Matron.
A working knowledge of EPIC (My Care) would be an advantage.
Informal visits are welcome to meet team members and the working environment.
Working Pattern: 3 days a week, Wednesday- Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
