About the Job:
The registered nurse is required to work with a multi-disciplinary team in the rehabilitation environment to promote independence and support the discharge process.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in order to use and apply this knowledge to facilitate complex discharges.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
