About the Job:
- You will work on the Psychosis Pathway of West Wiltshire Community Mental Health Team.
- You will be required to drive from base to base and to service users homes within the community of West Wiltshire.
- You will be required to administer depots.
- You will be required to work as an active member of a wider MDT.
- You will be required to offer evidence based interventions.
- You will work in collaboration with service users, their families, carers and friends.
- You will be able to manage risks.
- You will have good organisational skills and report writing.
