About the Job:
If you are passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological therapies and are experienced in working psychologically with adults with complex presentations associated with community mental health, then this role will be perfect for you.
We are seeking someone who is trained, nearing the end of their post-graduate diploma training in DBT, or has a desire to train in DBT (band 7 salary will be dependent on achieving the qualification and accreditation), to work alongside another DBT therapist and develop the current service.
The applicant would be able to carry out psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy alongside psychological consultation and deliver teaching/training to the multidisciplinary team. Duties would also include attendance and contribution to MDT meetings.
