About the Job:
- To coordinate and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, which will include clinical checks of prescriptions, advice and information to patients and staff, and dispensing of hospital outpatient and discharge prescriptions.
- To act as Responsible Pharmacist as required and ensure that all activities are consistent with GPhC registration requirements.
- To work with the wider multi-disciplinary team to enhance and develop the outpatient pharmacy service, reviewing pathways to optimise care.
