About the Job:
To manage a caseload, use evidence-based, client-centered principles to provide specialized assessments, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy intervention.
There will be an opportunity to bring creative thinking into your work and use skills acquired throughout your previous occupational therapy training and experience.
The post holder will have access to clinical supervision and peer and managerial support. There is a commitment to providing ongoing training and professional development, including development of skills and leadership opportunities.
In line with The Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Strategy for England, the post holder will support the implementation of policies designed to achieve quality in healthcare including championing diverse and inclusive leadership and improving representation from those with protected characteristics.
