About the Job:
- The Unit requires Health Care Support Workers who are keen to learn and able to adopt a flexible approach to work. There is an opportunity to learn new skills and develop professionally within a positive and challenging environment.
- You will ensure that patients / clients receive safe, individualised and effective standards of care by following care plans and treatment interventions as directed by the registered nurse and/or therapists.
- You will always communicate effectively and in conjunction with other team members, contribute to and maintain the ward philosophy.
- The rota involves a variety of shift patterns including day/night duty to suit service requirements.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
