About the Job:
Key duties will include:
- Assist registered Nurses in the on-going assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care.
- Support individuals with all aspects of care including providing person centre care and promoting health and independence through awareness raising and care navigation to other professional as appropriate.
- Performing and recording clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies are agreed. As well as undertake clinical tasks including venipuncture, ECGs etc.
- Recognise issues relating to safeguarding vulnerable children and adults and report ant problems or raise concerns to the appropriate registered care professionals.

What you will need to be considered:
- UK registered Nurse Associate with NMC pin number
- Must be able to relay clinical information and maintain accurate, comprehensive consultation record
- Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security.
- Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and be personable, polite and patient with our patients.
- Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to use own judgement and be aware of professional boundaries they are working to.
