About the Job:
As a healthcare assistant, you’ll;
- deliver safe, effective care for the patient experience.
- support patients to remain in their home environment
- be professionally accountable for the delivery of care
- utilize technology to enable you to update records as you go
Your patients could be any age, but they’ll often be elderly, while others may have been recently discharged from hospital, be terminally ill or have physical disabilities.
The service aims to provide an excellent standard of care that supports patients. In Northamptonshire, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to support the service and focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the patient experience.
