About the Job:
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our secure adolescent assessment and treatment wards at Brooklands Hospital in Solihull, a centre of excellence for learning disability and autism services.
As an HCA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people, helping them feel safe, valued, and supported throughout their recovery. You’ll build trusting relationships, promote independence, and deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you’ll support therapeutic interventions and meaningful daily activities and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about reducing health inequalities, promoting inclusion, and improving outcomes. Whether you have experience as a healthcare assistant, support worker, or caring for someone with a learning disability or autism, we’d love to hear from you.
