About the Job:
- You will support a young gentleman in his late 20s with complex clinical needs across both his own home and community settings, promoting his comfort, safety, and overall quality of life.
- You will provide person-centered care, including personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and support with any required domestic tasks.
- You will also be vigilant and attend to his clinical care needs, such as PEG feeding and non-invasive ventilation management, promoting comfort, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 months’ care experience
- Confidence in medication administration, moving and handling, and personal care
- Pet-friendly cats, dogs & chickens at the home
- Clear communication
- Calm, reliable, and proactive approach to care
- Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
