About the Job:
- You will be seeing patients with long term health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes or arthritis, and asking questions regarding their lifestyle and habits.
- You will be discussing their diet, alcohol consumption, smoking habits and exercise habits.
- You will also accurately record their height, weight and blood pressure.
- Depending on a patients condition, or conditions, you may be asking a wider range of questions.
- You would also assist in any other duties as required.
