About the Job:
You will be responsible for supporting patients during mealtimes and post-mealtimes; you will be completing physical monitoring and gaining training on aspects of physical health from our internal team as required. You will also be given the opportunity to attend various training courses to expand your overall clinical skills.
You will be given the opportunity to work in parallel with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure each avenue of the service is offered and explored when agreed. The role requires someone who is caring, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated, and who wants to make a difference to people’s lives.
