About the Job:
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a care or health support role (hospital, care home, community, or domiciliary).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, compassionate attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Physically able to undertake duties, including moving and handling tasks.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in health and social care (or equivalent qualification) is desirable.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and confidentiality procedures.
