About the Job:
What we are looking for
- Experience providing hands-on care in a health or social care setting, ideally including end-of-life or community-based care.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach and the ability to support patients and families with dignity and empathy.
- Confidence working independently during night shifts while also contributing positively to a wider multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills, emotional resilience, and a calm, professional approach in sensitive situations.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid driving license and access to a car are essential, as you will travel to patients homes across the community.
