About the Job:
- Supporting patients with dignity, compassion, and respect throughout their perioperative pathway
- Assisting with preparation, transfers, and safe patient handling within theaters
- Taking part in routine clinical tasks such as basic observations, documentation, and equipment preparation
- Supporting the theatre team during procedures in a circulating role
- Ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control
- Escorting patients and assisting with administrative duties as required
- Reporting changes in patient condition to registered nurses or ODPs
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safe, effective teamwork
