About the Job:
As a Healthcare Assistant , you’ll
- deliver safe, effective care for the patient experience.
- supports patients with personal care and mobility requirements
- be professionally accountable for the delivery of care
- utilise technology to enable you to update records as you go
Your patients could be any age (over 18 year old), but they’ll often be elderly, while having been recently discharged from hospital, and some may have physical disabilities.
The service aims to provide an excellent standard of care that supports patients. In Northamptonshire you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to support the service and focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the patient experience.
