About the Job:
We are expanding our services across Chester and the surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.
In this rewarding night-shift role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to a gentleman in his mid-40s with clinical needs, supporting him in the comfort of his own home.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing clinical interventions, and providing attentive overnight support to ensure his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. You will remain vigilant to his needs, responding promptly and professionally while promoting his dignity and independence at all times.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm, reliable, and attentive, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
