About the Job:

• You will be required to support student midwives and junior members of staff as we guide and encourage them through their professional development,
• We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate midwife who wishes to extend their midwifery skills in this field.
• You must have excellent communication and time management skills and be an initiative-taking team player.
• It is vital that you have a special interest in caring for vulnerable women and have a good understanding of maternity safeguarding and have a good basic knowledge of perinatal mental health.
• You will be supported in enhancing these skills by the Lavender and Perinatal Mental Health team leaders.
