About the Job:
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and assessment skills within the field of acute mental health with a significant post-registration experience. The ability to perform detailed risk assessment is also an essential part of the role. The role of the nurse within crisis teams is extremely challenging but also very rewarding. This opportunity to join a well-established team and develop your clinical skills is open to you.
As well as providing an alternative to hospital admission, the CRHTT supports early discharge from the hospital for those patients identified as suitable.
This is a 24-hour/7-day service, so the post-holder must be willing to participate in a rota which includes night duty
Ability to travel in a timely manner between rural sites where there is limited or no public transport is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
