About the Job:
- Working with the Clinical Director, Director of Midwifery, Head of Midwifery and other appropriate governance leads to ensure robust evidence is provided to support compliance with safety actions
- Lead the delivery and coordination of CNST maternity incentive scheme requirements
- Ensure robust evidence, audit and assurance processes are in place to demonstrate compliance
- Work collaboratively with clinical, governance and education teams to implement safety actions
- Support the development, implementation and review of clinical guidelines and standards
- Drive continuous quality improvement through audit, evaluation and learning from incidents
- Provide expert advice on maternity safety, governance and risk management
- Lead on preparation and submission of CNST evidence and compliance returns
- Escalate risks and provide reports to senior leadership and governance forums
