About the Job:
The role:
- Plan and prioritise a complex clinical caseload across Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, with additional clinical oversight and support provided to the neighbouring Chislehurst service, ensuring timely and effective delivery of neuropsychological services.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of patients and provide expert formulation.
- Act as a Key Worker, coordinating and managing individual therapeutic programmes to achieve agreed rehabilitation goals.
- Support the MDT in diagnosis, problem formulation, and the planning of personalised rehabilitation programmes across both services as required.
- Deliver neuropsychological interventions as part of a collaborative MDT approach and contribute to service development initiatives.
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with patients, families, the MDT, and external agencies.
- Develop and deliver in-service education and training for the wider MDT to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Supervise junior staff, assistants, and students.
- Ensure all clinical practice, documentation, and records comply with BPS and HCPC standards.
- Promote safety, uphold human rights, and protect patients from harm in all aspects of care.

Welcome bonus will be paid in two instalments: £2000 upon joining and a further £3000 after probation
