About the Job:
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with Trust and unit/ward policies.
- Participate in induction and preceptorship programmes as required, following appropriate training.
- Maintain safe custody, administration and documentation of medicines in line with Trust policy, cytotoxic medication guidelines, and NMC standards.
- Follow unit protocols for managing cytotoxic drug extravasation and anaphylaxis when required.
- Inform the Unit/Ward Manager of any issues that may impact the professional standard of patient care.
- Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times
