About the Job:
- As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be working in an environment that supports those who care for residents.

Experience is not necessary as comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure confidence in your role. We require candidates who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, work efficiently, and adapt to changing responsibilities at short notice.
