About the Job:
- Administration of medication including intravenous drugs.
- Care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures such as coronary angiography and other investigations.
- Participate and support patients with nutritional and hygiene needs.
- Participate in practical supervision and assessing of students on placement.
- Communicate with medical and multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
- Complete nursing assessment and care planning.
- Perform and record patients clinical observations on nerve center, escalate using NEWS2 and SBAR
